A Pakistani man, Syed Zahid Hussain Shah was executed by lethal injection on 21 September after the Supreme People’s Court in Beijing had approved his death sentence.

Syed Zahid Hussain Shah was sentenced to death in March 2010 for drug trafficking in Shanghai and his verdict was upheld in November 2010. His family travelled to China to plea for mercy to the Chinese leaders on humanitarian grounds, but their pleas were rejected. [ Lire la suite » ]
